Holy Snap.

So in Portland one day the weather was like,
"Hey, we need to kick it up a nock! I got an idea, I'll dump two and half inches of PURE HELL ON PORTLAND!"
Not really, but in my mind the weather was totally thinking that.

On Sunday the 13th, we got a butt load of snow. And for me, snow is fun for about a day. All good. Well the next day, Monday, school was cancelled. YIPEE! I relax on Monday and take it easy.
Well, then Tuesday comes around, no school.
Wenesday? No school (plus my birthday!)
Thurday? No school.
I think Im going slightly crazy.

So right now, its looking like I get an extra week of winter break.
Pretty tight mannn.

I lied.

Im a Debbie Downer to the max. The Birthday blog I posted was me being really mad and super emo in a weird way. So I apologize for that, because I just re-read it and I was like "Wow.. you're weird." So, SORRY SORRY SORRY! People have it way worst than me and I had no room to talk!

Any who, my birthday is not going to suck.. hopefully. My parents decided to combine my birthday and Christmas present to form a.. BIRTHMAS PRESENT! And my Birthmas present is this lovely Canon camera:

Name? Callie-Yak
Megapixels? 10.1 foo.
What kind of Canon? EOS Rebel XS
Excited? I've been peeing my pants since my dad ordered it

Things are good. The school days are going super fast and I get out for Christmas on the 19th for two weeks!
Yipee!

Gotta love the witty.

I was browsing through one of my favorite old websites I rediscover, FredFlare.com, and I found thee most amazing mug. The design is amazing and cleaver in every way. Kudos to the designer.

birthday crap.

On the 17th of THIS lovely December, I will be 17. And.. Im not so tickled me pink about this. Every year I ask for something for my birthday and every year I get random shit from my parent I end up giving back. I feel terrible about this. And it makes my feel like a bad daughter. So I decided this year (and maybe every year) to ask for nothing. Not a card or a cake. My sister is forcing me to go to dinner. But knowing my parent, their going fuck it up some how. Their really good at not listening to me.
I see the girls on Super Sweet Sixteen ask for everything under the sun. A brand new car, pricey dresses, thousand dollar parties, helicopter rides and stupid material things. And on my 16th birthday, I didn't get one thing I want. I sound like a complete brat, but my parents never listen. My mom got me a video camera, returned it because it didn't work with my computer. A ugly pillow for my bed from Fred Meyer's. And other stuff I can't even remember. My birthday's suck. End of story.
